Kind Words

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Montebello Homes. Our job is not complete until our homeowners step into their brand new home and say, “Wow!”. From the smallest details in the quality of our build to the timeliness and respect we have for our customer’s homes during the building process; we work hard to make each home look and function at its very best.

But don't take our word for it...

Moved here from BC in January. Looked at a lot of homes, found this one online, went to see it and bought it. Loved the flooring, finishes, and space. The kitchen is beautiful with a lot of counter space. Love the master bath and the dog bath downstairs. This builder has provided us with great service Dealing with Graham is excellent his word is like gold, very serious and very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality homes and quality service Well done.

When looking to move into a home large enough for our family we didn’t find what we wanted. With feedback from friends, we chose Montebello homes to build a house that fit our needs. We worked with Graham to build a floor plan that fit our needs. Having never built a new home it was a leap of faith. Graham was great to work with and full of ideas to help with building our home. He even helped with my landscape questions after we moved in.

Montebello Homes built our first home in Saskatoon. As a first-time home buyer, we were nervous in the process of choosing colors and products that wouldn’t match or look good together. Graham guided us through this is with his vast knowledge and experience in the building industry and had numerous helpful recommendations that ensured our house turned out exactly how we envisioned it. We also contacted him a year later when it came time to finish our yard and he was more than helpful in assisting with finding the materials we needed as well as offering his time and expertise to complete it within our budget. We will absolutely be using Montebello Homes in the future.

Montebello homes helped us build our first home in Rosewood. Graham was nothing but helpful in suggesting and recommending ideas for our custom home. Even 5 years later we can still call Graham and he answers questions, recommends trades and helps with the small items. Would definitely recommend getting a quote for anyone looking to build in Saskatoon.
